Becoming a Tutor at Tutoring SOS :
Tutoring SOS are always
looking for experienced,
competent and motivated tutors who are willing to share their passion
to learn
and achieve.
We therefore require
applicants to fit the
following criteria:
- are currently employed as
a Teacher, or are a University Graduate or Current University Student
undertaking study in a related discipline and have achieved over 90% in
the relevant HSC subject/s for which they propose to tutor and have
achieved a UAI of over 90.
- have a flexible timetable
and are willing and able to commit to at least 2-4 hours per week.
- have excellent
communication skills
- are reliable, punctual and
professional
- are willing and able to
travel to the students' home or an agreed location (e.g. public library)
- have access to own
transportation or easy access to public transport
Sucessful
applicants will be required to:
- undertake an
interview with a copy of your degree and/or your latest academic
transcript
- consent to a
police records background check
- provide the
names of two referees.
